
Agnieszka Kisielewska is a Partner and Co-Founder of Halcyon, where she leads the firm’s customs and excise practice. She is recognized as one of Poland’s foremost experts in excise, customs law, and VAT. For years, she has been advising companies on planning and securing international supply chains, supporting them in obtaining customs and excise authorizations, and representing businesses in tax and customs proceedings as well as before administrative courts.
